Refund & Return/ Exchange Policy

We at Ace Enterprises constantly work towards providing you the best of lighting solutions. Ace Enterprises offers a diverse portfolio of lighting products, including indoor LED lights, outdoor LED lights, commercial lighting solutions, solar-powered lighting, and industrial lighting. Situated in Sanand-II GIDC, Ahmedabad, the company strategically operates from a location conducive to manufacturing and efficient distribution. To get this into action, we have set a proper procurement team which makes sure that the products on the website are of optimum quality and most reasonable price. Furthermore, we have set up a strict quality control which ensure that what we deliver is what we have promised. We take proper care to match the size to the actual product which in itself is a major task. The quality control is in terms of quantity, quality and size. After all this, if still you are somehow now satisfied and wish to return, our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows :-

• Any order can be cancelled or changed only before start of production. Once production is started , we shall not be able to make any changes to the order. Please get in touch with us at marketing.acelighting@gmail.com or call us at with your order number in case you wish to make any changes.

• International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

• If you find that there is any defect in the product or if an entirely different product has been delivered or the size is entirely different, kindly share a picture with the original product picture of the product ordered within 2 days of receiving the order at marketing.acelighting@gmail.com and we shall do the needful. Please note that we do not entertain any return requests on whatsapp or sms and hence please drop in an email only.

• We shall not be able to take any returns for products which have been customised on order. They shall be eligible for return only if there is a major defect in it. Kindly share a picture of defect on marketing.acelighting@gmail.com in such cases.

• Please arrange to send the product back within maximum 7 days of once you will receive approval e-mail of approval from our side to return the product.

• If your order contains products which were on discount or were on offer, we shall not accept returns unless there is some defect in the product or if a wrong product is delivered.

• The product should be unused and in an undamaged condition while returning back to us .

• If an order is cancelled due to unavailability of the products of Lights or an other raw material, the payment shall be refunded to the original source of payment. If there is any defect in the fabric and a refund has to be made, it shall be done in the original source of payment or in the wallet in case of COD orders. Please note that the entire refund process takes approx. 10-15 days to complete whole transaction and we expect you to be patient for this time.

• In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Replacement  

• Replacement of a product will only happen when reason/reasons are attributable to Ace Enterprises, it shall take 7-10 days to process after receiving the return.

• In any circumstances goods cannot be replaced for reason/reasons which are attributable to buyer.

Shipping Policy

Quantity Verification  

We at Ace Enterprises, ensure that all products should be 100% counted and packed properly prior to shipping. We always mention proper shipper details as per Purchase Order on all packages.      

Shipping Time  

Shipping time will vary from product to product. It varies from 1 week to 8 weeks.   

Calculation of shipping time will be counted from date of receipt of advance payment as per terms & conditions of our offer / Proforma Invoice  

Declaration of Short Receipt :

For domestic orders within India , customer has to declare short quantity receipt within maximum 48 hours from receipt of goods at their office / godown

For International orders, buyer or his reprehensive or third party should be present while loading of goods in container. We cannot accept any claim of short receipt once goods are shipped 

Damaged Goods and Transit Insurance :

We at Ace Enterprises, take utmost care while packing the goods, we also carry thorough inspection prior to packing. Then also if any customer has any compliant regarding damage it may happen due to damage during transit of goods hence all buyers are requested to secure their 100% shipments through transit insurance so that any claims arising due to damage of goods during transit can be settled easily.
